We provide friendly and efficient sevice through several mediums: our sales representatives are available 10am to 5pm Monday thru Friday, and can process your orders via phone, fax or email.

To Place Your Order,
Please clearly identify the items you wish to purchase by style number, size, and color.
For your convenience, please read below our company policies:
1. Payment Methods
a) We accept all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
b) Shipment can be made once we receive your payment
2. Processing and Shipping
a) All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of processing. (Please allow additional time during peak season)
b) All orders will be shipped via UPS. All other carriers or shipping methods will be accomodated upon request, and subject to a service charge.
3. Returns and Exchanges
All of our merchandise goes through extensive quality control to ensure that there are no damages.
a) Returns are only accepted in the case of damages, and within 5 days of the receipt of the merchandise.
b) Please contact us within the mentioned time period to obtain a proper Authorization number. Return Authorization is only valid for 10 days from date of issue.
c) Be advised that once the tag on the merchandise is removed, it is not returnable.
d) WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. We will gladly issue an IN HOUSE credit upon our receipt of this merchandise.
e) Jewelry can not be returned or exchanged, NO EXCEPTIONS.
f) Exchanges will be subject to approval, and a $15 restocking fee will be applied for each item, along with reshipping fees. (We do not provide call tags)
g) Customers with bounced or refused packages will be asked to pay for their purchase prior to shipping, and will be charged shipping and handling.
h) We reserve the right to no longer do business with any customer who fails to pay for their purchases package.
